The Role

The Ideal Candidate

• Must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Have experience supporting children within a school or educational setting.
• Possess strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Be proactive, patient and confident adapting to different learning needs.
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping pupils achieve their potential.
