MOT Tester

We are recruiting for an MOT Tester to join our reputable main dealership in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified MOT Tester seeking stable hours, strong earning potential and long-term career stability.
Working as an MOT Tester, you will join a modern, well-equipped workshop and become part of a professional, supportive team.

Duties:

• The successful MOT Tester will conduct Class 4 and Class 7 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations.
• Ensure all inspections meet manufacturer, legal and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate test documentation and vehicle records.
• Provide professional customer service, including clear advice and recommendations.
• Work efficiently while maintaining consistently high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• To be considered for this MOT Tester vacancy, you must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent qualification.
• A valid MOT Testing Licence covering Class 4 and Class 7 vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience within a main dealer or independent garage.
• Strong attention to detail, a professional approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
