Customer Service Advisor

We’re recruiting Customer Service Advisors earning £13.45 per hour. You will be supporting customers across phone, email, live chat and other virtual platforms, ensuring every interaction reflects the client’s values and provides clear, accurate and empathetic service.

Customer Service Advisor role:  

This role is heavily focused on managing high volumes of web chat interactions, providing professional, efficient and customer-focused support within a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of customer enquiries primarily through web chat channels
• Deliver accurate, professional and customer-focused support
• Resolve customer queries, account issues and complaints efficiently
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Accurately update customer records and case notes
• Work to defined processes, quality standards and data protection requirements
• Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution
• Meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets
• Participate fully in training, coaching and development activities
• Maintain professionalism while representing both the company and the client account
• Support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Customer Service Advisor pay:  

£13.45 per hour + Opportunities for pay progression and development.
