Salary: £48,000 - £55,000

An established civil and structural engineering consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Civil Engineer to join its London team.

Working across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, education, leisure and refurbishment projects, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to take on greater technical responsibility within a collaborative, design-led consultancy.

The Role

• Deliver civil engineering design across a range of building and infrastructure projects.
• Develop practical, cost-effective engineering solutions from initial design through to construction.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Manage technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring designs meet relevant standards and client requirements.
• Attend site visits and liaise with project teams during construction.
• Support and mentor junior engineers, contributing to the development of the wider team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil engineering consultancy.
• Strong technical design and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering projects within a multidisciplinary design environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Chartered or working towards chartership would be advantageous.
