Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a residential refurbishment and conversion project.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering residential schemes, ideally including refurbishment or conversion projects, and managing multiple work packages through to completion.

Key Experience Required

• Residential refurbishment and conversion projects
• Roofing and cladding packages
• Lift installations/upgrades
• M&E coordination
• Internal flat fit-out
• Management of subcontractors and site teams
• Health & Safety compliance and programme management

Requirements

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Strong residential construction background
• Ability to manage multiple trades and packages simultaneously

Desirable

• Hotel-to-residential conversion experience
• Balcony remediation/replacement experience
