We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Staines.

• Carrying out roofing repairs across occupied properties

• Replacing roof tiles, felt, battens and flat roofing systems

• Completing leadwork, chimney repairs and replacing ridge tiles

• Repairing guttering, fascias, soffits and downpipes

• Identifying roofing defects and carrying out remedial works

• Responding to emergency repairs, including leaks and storm damage

• Ensuring all work meets Health & Safety standards

• Maintaining a professional approach when dealing with residents

• Proven experience as a Roofer

• Experience in domestic repairs and maintenance, ideally within social housing

• Knowledge of pitched and flat roofing systems

• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Full-time, permanent position

• Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (42.5 hours per week)

• Company van and fuel card provided
