Early Years Practitioner

We are recruiting on behalf of a small group of boutique nurseries and preschools across South West London. Their settings are small and friendly, with a home from home feel, and every child is known individually. Staff are trained in the group’s own curriculum, with plenty of outdoor learning, and the nurseries welcome children with additional needs.

They have vacancies across several settings and age groups, so you can choose the site and room that suits you. There is also a clear route to progress into senior and leadership roles as the group grows.

You will need a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, ideally the Early Years Educator diploma, plus GCSE English at grade 4 or above (or Functional Skills Level 2). You will also need nursery experience, a consistent work history, and an enhanced DBS. You will be asked to complete a short application form before interview.
