Search Recruitment Group is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Brighton team as part of our continued growth plans.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk, with an established client base and existing business relationships to build upon. You will have the opportunity to maximise existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities, further developing your market and contributing to the continued success of the team.

We are looking for an established Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in business development, relationship management and revenue generation who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established recruitment desk, maximising opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Proactively identify, develop and secure new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy qualification and candidate sourcing through to successful placement.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates within your specialist market.
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage client expectations and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
• Achieve individual billing targets while contributing to the wider team goals.

About You

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional who can demonstrate:

• A proven track record of success within agency recruitment, ideally operating as a 360 Consultant.
• Strong business development skills, with experience securing and developing client relationships.
• A commercially focused approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver against revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
• The ambition to further develop your market, maximise your earning potential and progress.
• A full, valid UK driving licence is essential for this position.
