Site Manager position available in NW9  for a duration of 3 months 

Apply Now! We are seeking a Site Manager for a construction project in NW9. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and deliver successful project outcomes.

The start date is ASAP, with the contract running for 3 Months 

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained and work progresses according to programme.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Must have civils / groundworks experience. 
• Must have exceptional under pinning experience. 

• Previous experience as a Site Manager in the construction sector, with a proven track record of managing fit out or modular build projects.
• Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card.
• Strong organisational skills, leadership ability, and effective communication skills.

Rates are negotiable based on experience, with a standard shift pattern aligned with project demands.
