BMS Project Manager

BMS Project Manager - Central London
£60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Car/Allowance + Pension + Private Medical + Benefits

We're looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to deliver a range of projects across Central London, working with established clients and experienced engineering teams across commercial, residential and data centre environments.

The role:
* Managing BMS projects from handover through to commissioning and completion
* Producing and managing project programmes, budgets and resource plans
* Leading project engineers, site teams and subcontractors
* Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
* Monitoring project costs, risks, progress and key milestones
* Managing variations and identifying commercial opportunities
* Ensuring projects meet health and safety and quality requirements
* Supporting and developing engineers within the team
* Completing project documentation and reports

Looking for:
* Proven BMS Project Management experience
* Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems
* Experience with Trend, Tridium, Siemens or similar platforms
* Strong project planning, organisational and leadership skills
* Commercial awareness and budget management experience
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
* Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
* Full UK driving licence

Experience delivering BMS projects across commercial buildings, residential developments or data centres would be beneficial.

The role offers hybrid working, with access to Central London, Waterloo and Maidenhead offices.
