We are seeking experienced Senior Finance Business Partners to join a high-profile organisation on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering financial insight, business partnering support, and strategic decision-making within a complex and fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will build strong relationships across the business, providing financial leadership, analysis, and insight to support informed decision-making and drive performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead and support finance teams to deliver high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support finance business partnering teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, reporting, procurement planning, and variance analysis activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support resource planning and balancing activities across finance teams.
• Review and contribute to business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure effective budget management, governance, and financial controls are in place.
• Promote high standards of quality, compliance, security, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating as a Finance Business Partner within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting expertise.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidates will need to be DV cleared prior to starting
