Shopfitting Project Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on a permanent basis with experience managing retail and hospitality projects 

Office based with site travel required

• Manage construction projects from initial handover and mobilisation through planning, delivery, completion, and final account.

• Coordinate project programmes, construction drawings, procurement, manufacturing schedules, subcontractors, and on-site delivery to ensure projects remain on programme.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Monitor project costs, manage variations, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and support effective cost control to maximise project profitability.

• Work collaboratively with experienced project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects for nationally recognised brands.

• Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality assurance, compliance, and site management throughout every stage of project delivery.
