- Oversee interface specifications, mapping documents, configuration records and technical documentation.
- Drive integration testing activities, supporting readiness assessments, defect resolution and technical assurance.
- Lead root-cause analysis for complex integration issues and coordinate resolution across multiple systems.
- Assess technical change requests, identify impacts and risks, and provide informed recommendations.
- Support deployment, cutover, hypercare and transition into operational support.
- Provide clear governance reporting and technical readiness evidence throughout the programme lifecycle.

- Demonstrable expertise across APIs, middleware, messaging platforms, batch processing, file transfer and event-driven architectures.
- Experience delivering complex SAP integrations within enterprise environments.
- Track record of leading technical teams, suppliers, systems integrators and third-party vendors.
- An excellent understanding of integration testing, defect management, monitoring, reconciliation and operational readiness.
- Experience producing integration specifications, interface catalogues, mappings and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience supporting deployment, cutover and service transition activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business audiences at all levels.
You'll bring expertise in:
- Enterprise integration architecture and delivery
- API-led and event-driven design patterns
- SAP and enterprise platform integration

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications in Integration Technologies, APIs, SAP, Cloud Platforms, Architecture or ITIL are advantageous.
