Bid Manager / Proposals Manager  - Building / Construction – West Midlands

Role / Duties:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Support and oversee the proposals process in all aspects of the submission including identifying and assembling the people needed to produce and win the bid.
• Produce high-quality qualitative submissions on time and within budget.
• Effectively collaborate, coordinate and lead proposal team contributor’s input.
• Work collaboratively with bid team and subject matter experts to identify and formulate proposal plan, schedule, and win strategies.
• Coordinate team inputs and lead answer review sessions.
• Manage the production of accurate, well-presented documentation for PQQ’s and tenders.
• Support the resolution of proposal development issues while overseeing production of proposal deliverables.
• Provide and implement creative ideas and initiatives into proposals, actioning any lessons learned.
• Assess technical and complex requirements, control, and shape the proposals.
• Contribute to the preparation of customer presentations to ensure they are customer and people focussed.
• Check progress and support team members.

Requirements:

To be considered for this Bid Manager / Proposals Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

- Previous employment as a Bid Manager, Proposals Manager or similar role.
-Previous public sector construction projects would be ideal but not essential (building and civils sector projects considered)

-Construction or literacy / marketing background considered.
