Are you a CNC Programmer with experience on either milling machines or lathes, looking to join a stable and growing company, offering a static days-based role, with a great work life balance, and a small hard-working team?

This role is the first of a new team of CNC machinists, bringing production in-house. You will be part of the setting up of this team and the workshop, with clear lines of progression into senior roles as the team grows. You will be programming with Fanuc and Heidenhain on new machinery, and operating both milling and turning machines.

Recently acquired and secured for the future, the company is now growing again. It has exciting contracts with major clients and plans to expand year on year while bringing more processes in-house. This family-run business offers a supportive, caring environment and a friendly team.

This role would suit a CNC programmer with experience on either milling machines or lathes, looking to step into a static days-based role.

The Role:

• Setting, operating and programming CNC machines and lathes
• New team with clear paths for progression to a senior/team lead role
• Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm
