Wet Room Fitter - Birmingham

Location: Birmingham
Pay: £1,900 per completed wet room
Contract: Ongoing work on a 4.5-year programme
Requirements: Own van, tools and blue CSCS card

Think Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Wet Room Fitter for a long-term programme across Birmingham. You will take responsibility for each installation from the initial rip-out through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Strip out existing bathrooms, including sanitaryware, tiles and redundant fittings.

• Prepare walls and affected surfaces for the new installation.

• Alter plumbing, pipework and waste connections to suit the layout.

• Install shower trays or formers, showers, toilets and basins.

• Carry out waterproofing and tanking where required.

• Complete wall tiling, grouting and silicone sealing.

• Undertake associated carpentry, boxing-in and making-good work.

• Install shower screens, grab rails and specified accessories.

• Test plumbing for leaks and complete finishing, snagging and clean-up.

No flooring, gas or electrical work is required.

Requirements

• Previous experience delivering complete wet room installations.

• Confident carrying out rip-outs and all listed installation duties independently.

• Own van and suitable tools.

• Blue CSCS card.

• Good customer service and attention to detail.
