Multi Trader

Example Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They require a self-employed multi trader for a long-term social housing contract in South London.

Contract Details:

Location: Croydon and surrounding areas
Contract: Southern Housing
Work Type: The role will support domestic heating works and is likely to include:
Sealing flues
Removing and reinstating tiles and brickwork
Fitting flues
Plastering and making good
General patching and reinstatement works associated with heating installations and repairs
Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week
Contract Length: Ongoing
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates:

£34.50 per hour

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience working as a multi trader
• Trade industry qualifications
• Panel van with bulkhead (plain or sign written)
• Clean DBS Check (to be carried out at onboarding stage)
• No more than 6 points on Driving Licence
• Relevant hand tools
