• Assist with the training, development and supervision of junior staff.
• Allocate and monitor workloads, ensuring assignments are completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of technical quality and client service across the portfolio.
RequirementsAbout You
We are looking for a technically strong and organised practice accountant with the confidence to supervise others and manage client relationships.
You will ideally have:
• Previous experience working within an accountancy practice, managing a portfolio of clients.
• AAT, ACA or ACCA qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounts preparation, accounting principles and UK accounting standards.
• A good understanding of statutory accounts and compliance requirements.
• Experience reviewing work and supporting the development of junior colleagues.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
