Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager. I am currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to manage the delivery of electrical installation on commercial fit out projects in London.

You will take responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Electrical Project Manager Key responsibilities

• Manage electrical installations from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.
• Lead site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Procurement 
• Monitor costs, track progress and identify variations.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Review drawings and specifications, resolving technical queries.
• Maintain health and safety standards and oversee quality inspections.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover documentation.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager 
• A strong electrical trade or technical background.
• Experience managing project programmes, budgets and site teams.
• Good knowledge of electrical installations and relevant regulations.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant electrical qualifications; SMSTS and an appropriate ECS/CSCS card are desirable.
