Salary/Benefits: £35k - £45k + Training & Benefits

Our client is recruiting for a switched-on and professional Water Treatment Account Manager to oversee contracts in the South East of England. You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring a high level of service is provided across all accounts, and providing general support to clients. We are seeking someone who is self-sufficient and an excellent communicator, who also has a flexible attitude. It is essential that you will hold thorough technical knowledge, including: HSG, ACOP L8 and HTM 0401 guidelines. Experience / Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience working as a Water Treatment Account Manager
• Proven success of managing key client accounts
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG 274 and HTM 0401 guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ideally will hold industry-related training / modules
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficient using IT software

The Role:

• Managing client accounts for Cooling Towers, Closed Systems, Steam Boilers and Water Treatment
• Ensuring engineers are completing works within agreed scope and deadlines
• Providing tailored technical advice directly to clients
• Meeting prospective clients to discuss contractual needs
• Identifying new client leads
• Providing support to the bidding team to monitor new and pending client accounts
• Auditing on completed works to ensure compliance
• Establishing strong relationships with clients
• Upselling of further company services to existing clients
• Upgrading and renewing client accounts
• Supporting and training engineers
• Producing regular technical documents
