We are delighted to be supporting our client, a highly respected manufacturing business, in the search for a Finance Controller to join their rapidly expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Controller / Finance Director to join a nationally respected business who are going from strength to strength. 

The Role – 

This Finance Controller position will see you take full ownership of the finance function, operating as both a strategic partner and hands-on lead within a growing business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full responsibility for the finance function as Finance Controller
• Delivery of monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and analysis
• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Acting as a business partner to senior leadership and international stakeholders
• Ensuring strong financial controls, governance, and compliance
• Managing year-end processes, audit, and statutory reporting
• Driving improvements across finance systems, processes, and reporting

The Candidate –

We are looking for a high-calibre qualified accountant ready to step into a Finance Controller or Finance Director role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Senior Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Finance Director
• Strong background in manufacturing, engineering, or product-based businesses
• Demonstrable experience in financial leadership, reporting, and business partnering
• Ability to operate in an interim / contract finance role with immediate impact
• Experience implementing and modifying ERP 
• Experience within international or multi-entity environments is highly desirable
