Production Operative – Immediate Start

Location: Tallington, PE9
Pay: £14.50 per hour + overtime paid at 1.5x or 2x time. 
Shifts: Monday–Friday, rotating 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm

About the Role

Provision Resource is recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy production team in Tallington.

You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, helping to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role involves supporting day-to-day production activities, handling materials, assembling products and ensuring output targets are met.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain or develop experience within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out general production duties to meet daily targets
• Assisting with the assembly and manufacture of products
• Feeding materials into production lines and handling finished products
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
• Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working effectively as part of a team to maintain production efficiency

Shift Details

• Monday–Friday
• Rotating weekly shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm
• No weekend work
