No previous recruitment experience is necessary. We are looking for someone with extensive motor industry knowledge, strong dealership relationships and the commercial drive to develop a successful business.

The Opportunity

As Regional Director (Franchisee), you will operate your own business within an agreed West Midlands territory, representing Performance Resourcing and developing recruitment partnerships with franchised dealer groups and other automotive businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and growing your own automotive recruitment business within your designated region.
• Utilising your existing dealership and industry contacts to generate new business opportunities.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with Dealer Principals, Heads of Business, Group Directors and senior management teams.
• Identifying recruitment requirements across Sales, Aftersales, Technical, Administration and Management departments.
• Developing a sustainable portfolio of clients and repeat business.
• Managing client relationships and delivering a professional recruitment service.
• Promoting the Performance Resourcing brand throughout your territory.
• Taking responsibility for the commercial performance and growth of your business.

You will have the independence to manage your own business while benefiting from the systems, infrastructure and ongoing support of Performance Resourcing.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are particularly interested in speaking with established automotive professionals who have held senior positions within franchised motor dealerships or dealer groups.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A successful career in franchised dealership management, ideally at Head of Business, General Manager, Group or Director level.
• Strong knowledge of the West Midlands automotive retail market.
• An established network of contacts within franchised dealerships and automotive groups.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• A commercially focused approach with the confidence to develop new business.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• A proactive, self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• The ambition to build a profitable, long-term business.

You do not need to be an experienced recruiter. Your automotive industry experience, commercial understanding and professional relationships are what matter most.
