The Role as Supervisor.

As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.

Key responsibilities for Supervisor include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving commercial performance.

• Leading, motivating and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

• Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to maximise sales and profitability.

• Supporting stock management, deliveries and replenishment.

• Assisting with rotas, team training and the smooth running of daily operations.

• Leading by example on the shop floor and creating a positive, customer-focused environment.

About You

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or senior sales position.

• A passion for fashion, trends and delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team.

• Commercially aware, with a good understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance.

• Proactive, hands-on and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

• Ambitious, enthusiastic and keen to progress within a growing retail business.
