Service Controller

Overview:

I am looking for a proactive Service Controller to lead a team of engineers, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. You’ll plan resources, manage workflows, and maintain high service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities for the Service Controller:

• Prioritise customer requests and allocate resources effectively
• Plan and manage jobs to maximise productivity
• Oversee work orders and ensure accurate, timely completion
• Lead and mentor a team of 4–8 engineers
• Maintain systems, processes, and safety standards
• Drive customer satisfaction and service profitability
