Shifts: 08:30-17:00

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business based in Widnes.

This is a hands-on role working with specialist products. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or other practical experience.

About the Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks within the production process, ensuring products meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carefully inspecting and testing products
• Working with specialised products and machinery 
• Operating production equipment safely and correctly
• Following production processes and quality control procedures
• Meeting production and quality targets
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Following all company health and safety procedures

About You

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or hands-on environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Great attention for detail
• The ability to follow detailed processes and instructions
• A reliable and hardworking approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A willingness to learn new processes and machinery
