Are you an organised, friendly and professional Receptionist looking for a permanent part-time role?

We're recruiting for a Receptionist to join a welcoming and professional team based in Leeming Bar. This is a permanent job-share position working Mondays and Tuesdays, ideal for someone looking for a consistent two-day working week.

You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so we're looking for someone who is personable, confident and enjoys providing a great service.

The role will include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Managing emails and general enquiries
• Handling incoming and outgoing post
• Booking meeting rooms and supporting with meeting arrangements
• General administration and office support
• Ensuring the reception area is welcoming and professional
• Supporting colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks

About you:You'll ideally have previous experience in reception, administration or customer service and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels.

You'll be:

• Friendly, professional and approachable
• Confident with telephone and face-to-face communication
• Organised and reliable
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• A strong team player with a flexible approach

Hours & flexibility

This is a permanent part-time position working Mondays and Tuesdays, with a salary of £11,695 per annum. As this role forms part of a job-share arrangement, some flexibility will be required to provide additional cover during your job-share colleague's annual leave.
