Production Team Operative

HR GO Recruitment Bishops Stortford is looking for 3 x Food Production Operatives to join an inventive, rapidly growing, and well-established premium food manufacturer. This is a genuine Temporary-to-Permanent opportunity with an immediate start available following a quick site visit introduction.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Preparing, blending, and packing high-end spice and food products.
• Operating modern production machinery (with full training and supervision).
• Keeping your workspace to the highest quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Safely lifting, stacking, and preparing finished products onto pallets for dispatch.
• Working collaboratively within a friendly, supportive, and energetic team.

What We Are Looking For

• "Own Transport:" A reliable vehicle (car or motorbike) is essential due to the rural location of the site (easily accessible via the M11, A120, and A10).
• Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and excellent attention to detail.
• Great Attitude: A friendly, team-first approach to daily tasks.
• Experience: Previous warehouse, factory, or food manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required as full training is given.
