Senior Quantity Surveyor – Office Retrofit - Freelance

Full-time or part-time, minimum three days per week | Immediate start preferred

I’m working with a global consultancy looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of office retrofit projects.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with clients and project teams, and driving projects through the construction phase to completion.

The role

• Take responsibility for the cost and commercial management of office retrofit projects
• Work closely with the wider Quantity Surveying and Project Management teams.
• Attend site as required to support project delivery.
• Present clear updates and advice to clients, confidently communicating progress and commercial matters.

About you

• A proven track record of delivering office retrofit projects
• Confident managing your own workload while contributing to a wider multidisciplinary team.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Experience working under a Construction Management procurement route would be advantageous, although it is not essential.

Day Rate - £350-450 pd

The team can accommodate someone full-time or for a minimum of three days per week. An immediate start is preferred, with flexibility to increase your time commitment as existing projects and commitments hand over.
