Customer Service Advisors Needed - Haslemere - Starting Monday 2nd November!

TeamJobs are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a well-known luxury accessories company during their busy Christmas period!

We have multiple positions available, offering full-time hours, monthly commission, excellent staff benefits and the opportunity to work with a luxury brand.

Hours & Pay:

• £12.71 per hour PLUS monthly team commission!

• 40 hours per week

• Shifts available: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

• 5 working days per week with 2 days off

• Only approximately 3-4 weekend shifts throughout the assignment

• Opportunity to work from home at weekends once fully trained

• Temporary position running through to the end of January 2027

Monthly Commission!

On top of your hourly pay, you'll have the opportunity to earn additional monthly commission based on team sales.

Last December, the team earned approximately £600 per person in commission! Earnings vary depending on team performance.

What will you be doing?

• Handling incoming customer calls, emails and live chats

• Assisting customers with orders, deliveries and product enquiries

• Providing excellent customer service over the phone and online

• Liaising with delivery companies

• Resolving customer queries and processing requests

• Completing general administration duties

What are we looking for?

• Previous customer service experience, whether that's in retail, hospitality, office-based or contact centre work

• Confident and friendly telephone manner

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

• Reliable, organised and able to work in a busy environment

• Available to start Monday 2nd November
