05:45 - 14:45, Friday - Tuesday
05:45/14:45, Wednesday - Sunday

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative / Administrator to join a growing logistics team in Oxford. The role combines warehouse operations with administration, data input and customer service, with only 1–2 hours per shift spent on parcel sorting.
Key responsibilities:

• Inputting data and updating internal systems.
• General administration and record keeping.
• Handling customer enquiries and delivery queries.
• Tracking parcels and reporting issues.
• Supporting daily warehouse operations.
• Sorting and handling parcels for 1–2 hours per shift.

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organised and flexible.
