The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:

• Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals
• Source, register and interview candidates
• Support the team with bookings and day-to-day recruitment tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service to schools and candidates
• Grow your confidence in making calls and, over time, visiting schools

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role, ideal for someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude and a real drive to learn. Previous experience in customer service, sales or education is helpful but not essential.
