Autism & ADHD Specialist Tutors Required - Croydon Area

Remedy Tutoring is seeking skilled, patient and adaptable tutors to support children and young people with autism, ADHD and other additional learning needs across Croydon.

We are looking for tutors who understand that every student learns differently and can create supportive, structured learning environments that help students feel comfortable, engaged and ready to learn.

Relevant experience includes:

• Supporting autistic learners and students with ADHD.

• Using visual timetables, visual aids and structured routines.

• Breaking tasks into manageable steps and allowing additional processing time.

• Supporting students with sensory needs, anxiety or difficulties with transitions.

• Adapting English, Maths and other core subjects to suit individual abilities.

• Building trust with students who may have experienced difficulties engaging with education.

Applicants should have:

• QTS, PGCE or a relevant recognised teaching qualification.

• At least two years' relevant teaching or tutoring experience.

• A strong understanding of neurodiverse learners and differentiated teaching.

• Excellent communication, patience and flexibility.

Opportunities are available across Croydon, with tuition delivered in homes, libraries or other suitable settings as agreed.
