This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to develop specialist knowledge of emissions certification while working with technical and regulatory teams across a global organisation.
Previous emissions certification experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential. We are equally interested in candidates who have a strong engineering foundation, an understanding of diesel engines or emissions control systems, and the ability and enthusiasm to learn.

• Compile certification applications and supporting documentation for the U.S. EPA and CARB
• Support model-year rollover certifications and applications for new products
• Work with engineering, regulatory and other business teams to gather and evaluate technical information
• Review detailed information, identify inconsistencies and ensure applications are accurate and complete
• Develop clear procedures and instructions that allow certification processes to be followed consistently
What skills and experience are required?
• An engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification, supported by relevant engineering experience
• Strong analytical and logical-thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work methodically with detailed technical information
• An understanding of diesel engines and emissions control systems
• The ability to learn quickly, prioritise effectively and work proactively
Experience of emissions certification, regulatory compliance, Power BI or Power Automate would be advantageous, although training will be provided on internal systems and processes.
Candidates could come from automotive, off-highway, rail, aerospace, marine, industrial manufacturing or another transferable engineering environment.
To apply, please submit a copy of your up to date CV clearly indicating your relevant experience. Applicants must have an existing right to work in the UK and evidence of eligibility will be required. Suitable candidates will be contacted.
