Location:West Bromwich
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000
We are recruiting for a customer-focused and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with industry knowledge who enjoys building customer relationships and supporting a fast-paced sales function.

We are recruiting for a customer-focused and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with industry knowledge who enjoys building customer relationships and supporting a fast-paced sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Keeping customers updated on order progress.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, designers and the external sales team.
- Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the wider sales office as required.
- Essential: Previous experience within the corrugated packaging industry.
- Experience in sales administration or internal sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- Experience with the Abaca system would be advantageous.
