As Director of Marketing & Recruitment, you will provide strategic leadership across three core areas: strategic marketing, learner recruitment and brand stewardship. •    Lead a Group-wide function with a direct impact on growth objectives, student recruitment and stakeholder engagement.
•    Drive innovation by introducing new systems, digital optimisation and ways of working that enhance performance and engagement.
•    Benefit from ongoing leadership development within a collaborative and ambitious senior management team.

What you will bring to the role:
•    Significant experience in managing a large and complex marketing team, working collaboratively with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
•    Substantial experience of developing strategic and tactical marketing campaign plans to deliver measurable outcomes.
•    Brand development, application and management across multiple sites and audiences.
•    Detailed knowledge of product and service attributes to inform messaging, campaigns and communications.
•    Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.

Our Staff Benefits - see attached job pack for further information.
•    Local Government Pension Scheme, with the Group contributing 15% of your actual pensionable pay.
•    30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and college closure days over the Christmas period which are not deducted from annual leave entitlement.
•    Access to a range of discount schemes including shopping, restaurants, gym, travel, cinema and onsite facilities.
•    Employee Assistance Programme.
•    Enhanced family friendly policies including enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave.
