Used Car Sales Executive – Hinckley

We are recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or Sales Consultant to join a busy used car supermarket in Hinckley. Applicants must have previous face-to-face sales experience within automotive sales or a similar retail environment, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous motor trade experience is desirable but not essential.

Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Salary: £22,000 basic + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £48,000+ | Top Performers £60,000+
Hours: 42.5 hours per week | Every Saturday and Sunday, with 2 days off during the week
Branch Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am–9:00pm on a rota basis| Saturday 10:00am–8:00pm | Sunday 10:00am–6:00pm

Used Car Sales Executive Role

• Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable used vehicles
• Manage showroom appointments and follow up sales enquiries
• Arrange test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
• Introduce finance options and additional products
• Negotiate sales and achieve monthly vehicle sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to handover

Used Car Sales Executive Requirements

• Previous face-to-face sales experience within automotive or a similar retail sales environment
• Previous Car Sales Executive experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Confident working towards sales targets and commission
• Professional approach with excellent customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to complete FCA accreditation training
• Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday, with 2 days off during the week
