LCV Technician

We are recruiting for an experienced LCV Technician, Light Commercial Vehicle Technician, Van Technician or Vehicle Technician to join a busy main dealership in Scunthorpe. Applicants should have previous vehicle servicing and repair experience, with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills. Experience working on light commercial vehicles is preferred.

Location: Scunthorpe
Salary: Up to £36,000 basic per annum, plus bonus and overtime
OTE: Up to £42,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

LCV Technician Role

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on light commercial vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Complete vehicle inspections and health checks
• Identify additional repair and maintenance requirements
• Carry out repairs to manufacturer and workshop standards
• Accurately complete job cards and service documentation
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and Health & Safety

LCV Technician Requirements

• Previous experience as an LCV Technician, Light Commercial Vehicle Technician, Van Technician or Vehicle Technician
• Experience servicing and repairing light commercial vehicles preferred
• Strong mechanical, servicing and diagnostic skills
• Ability to identify and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop
