Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Opportunity We are recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist, main contractor delivering complex infrastructure and low-carbon energy projects. You'll take commercial ownership of projects, managing subcontract packages, controlling costs and maximising value while working closely with project teams, clients and the wider supply chain. Key Responsibilities Manage subcontract agreements, procurement, negotiations and payments. Administer NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, particularly Options A and C.
