Registered Manager – Children's Home Salary: £60,000 per annum | Full-time | Permanent We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our new children's residential home, in Oldbury. This home will provide a nurturing, therapeutic and trauma-informed environment for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Our approach is rooted in PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy), relationship-based practice and a strong commitment to safeguarding and positive outcomes.
