Multi Trader / Handyman / Maintenance Assistant

At Portland, we’re always looking for people with great maintenance skills to join our team and take a central role in ensuring our apartments are well looked after. ​ As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Property Management to fulfil any guest maintenance requests or issues using your basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills. Tasks will range from investigating appliance issues & leaks, painting, siliconing, & replacing small fixtures & fittings.
