We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team, focusing on delivering high-quality planned and semi-planned reactive maintenance, as well as install across our commercial and residential portfolio.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Planned Maintenance: Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and preventative maintenance on commercial and domestic plumbing systems.

• Semi-Planned Maintenance: Respond to scheduled repair requests, component replacements, and system optimizations.

• System Diagnostics: Fault-find and resolve issues before they become major failures.

• Install: Installation on new-build/refurb projects

👋 What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent experience).

• Experience: Proven track record in commercial or domestic planned maintenance.

• License: Full, clean UK driving license.

• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.

• Reliability: Ability to work independently and manage your scheduled diary.
