Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Waterloo, London – up to £43,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Waterloo, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in electrical building maintenance. Hours of work

• Monday to Friday – 08:00 - 17:00

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Monitor and maintain electrical plant and equipment
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Lighting – changing lamps, ballasts and fittings
• Emergency lighting testing and repairs
• Small power and socket repairs
• Basic BMS monitoring
• Carry out electrical checks and inspections
• General building fabric duties
• Escort specialist subcontractors
• Assist with other general building maintenance duties as required

Requirements

• Electrically qualified – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or above (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
