About the Role

A welcoming primary school in Enfield is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a full-time basis.

As a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor, you'll work closely with teachers and other members of staff to support a pupil throughout the school day. You'll help them stay focused, manage their behaviour, and engage positively with classroom activities.

The role will involve providing one-to-one support, encouraging positive behaviour, and helping the pupil develop their social skills and independence. You'll also help create a calm and supportive learning environment where the pupil can feel safe and make progress.
