Head of Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of HR to join a successful and growing organisation of approximately 500 employees with operations across the UK. This is a standalone HR leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape and influence the people agenda across the business. Supported by an engaged leadership team, the role is less focused on high-volume employee relations and instead centres on driving employee engagement, culture, communication, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.
