About the Role

As an Academy Trainee, you'll join the Wealth Services team and receive full support as you work towards achieving your Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

This role has been designed to develop the next generation of financial planning professionals, providing hands-on experience, structured learning, and a clear progression pathway within the business.

You'll gain exposure to:

What We're Looking For

• Graduates with degrees in Finance, Economics, Business, Wealth Management, Investments, or related disciplines.
