JOB DESCRIPTION About the Role Our Repairs and Maintenance team is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join the Guinness Property team in Havant . This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, covering operational hours between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings. Later shifts and Saturday coverage are shared on a rota basis. This role leads and supports an area-based operational team in delivering a high-quality Responsive Repairs service.
