A diverse construction consultancy is seeking a pro-active Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Birmingham
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work under a personable director and lead a close-knit Quantity Surveying team across an array of exciting high end residential projects.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given the autonomy to lead and grow an existing team of Quantity Surveyors carrying out pre and post contract duties from inception to completion.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS (preferably)
- Completed a QS degree or RICS related
- Private sector experience
- Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
- Client facing
