Engineering Manager £80-90,000 plus car allowance, bonus, pension, benefits. Ledbury We're looking for a real leader, not just a manager This role is about the person. We, a well-established heavy manufacturing business, needs a Senior Engineering Manager who leads from the front: someone who's out on the shop floor, rolls their sleeves up and earns respect by being visible, approachable and decisive.
