Care Support Worker

Homecare First is looking for compassionate, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join an established team supporting an adult with complex care and rehabilitation needs in their own home. The role is focused on promoting independence, choice, rehabilitation and community participation, while providing safe and consistent support with everyday living. The client is deaf and communicates in several ways, including British Sign Language (BSL), lip reading and spoken/written communication. BSL skills would therefore be a significant advantage.
